Terms and Conditions

The rules for using the PPC Pros Canada website, our free audits and our guides.

Last updated: October 3, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of ppcproscanada.com (the “Website”) and to your communications with us on WhatsApp, which we manage with our internal lead management app, Lead CRM. The Website and Lead CRM are operated by PPC Pros Canada (“PPC Pros Canada”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or messaging us on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or message us on WhatsApp.

If you hire us, our services are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.

2. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else’s information in our forms
  • Send spam, harmful code or automated requests that overload the Website
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website or our systems
  • Copy, scrape or republish our content in bulk without permission

3. Free audits and quotes

Free audits, quotes and recommendations are provided at no cost and with no obligation. They are based on the information and account access you give us at the time, and they are opinions, not guarantees. A free audit does not create a client relationship. If you give us access to an advertising account for an audit, you confirm you are authorized to do so, and you can remove our access at any time.

4. WhatsApp communications and Lead CRM

Lead CRM is an internal app built and operated by PPC Pros Canada. Only our own team uses it, to keep track of enquiries and follow up with potential and current clients. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and there is no public account or login.

When you message our business WhatsApp number, or agree to be contacted on WhatsApp:

  • You confirm that the WhatsApp number is yours, or that you are allowed to use it, and that you are at least 16 years old.
  • You agree that we may reply and follow up with you on WhatsApp about your enquiry and the services you asked about. Messages are sent by members of our team. We do not send automated, AI-generated or bulk marketing messages through Lead CRM.
  • You agree that your messages, attachments and contact details are stored in Lead CRM and handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You agree not to send unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or sensitive information we have not asked for, such as payment card numbers or health information.
  • You can reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you on WhatsApp. You can ask us to delete your data by following the steps in our Privacy Policy.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for WhatsApp’s availability, delivery delays or how Meta operates its service. Replies on WhatsApp are general information about our services and are not a binding quote or contract until confirmed in a written agreement.

5. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many things outside our control, including competition, ad platform changes, budget, seasonality, your website and how quickly your team follows up on leads. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads, cost per lead, sales or return on ad spend. Any figures on the Website, including those labelled “example”, “illustrative” or “example account”, are for explanation only and are not a promise of results.

6. Guides and information

Our guides, articles, checklists and calculators are general information to help Canadian businesses understand online advertising. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice for your situation. Ad platform rules and prices change often, so information may become out of date. Please check current platform policies, and get professional advice before acting on legal or compliance topics such as CASL, privacy law or licensing rules.

7. Rankings and comparisons

Our “best marketing agency” guides describe types of providers and the criteria we think matter when choosing one. Where we list PPC Pros Canada as a recommended choice, that is our own opinion about our services. We encourage you to compare several providers before deciding.

8. Third-party names, links and services

Google, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, GoHighLevel and other product names are trademarks of their owners. We are not owned by or affiliated with these companies unless we clearly say so. Screens shown on the Website are recreations for explanation and are not official product screenshots. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

9. Our content

The Website’s text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to PPC Pros Canada or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use and share links to them. You may not copy, sell, republish or use our content to train or build other products without our written permission. Some photos are used under the Unsplash licence and remain the property of their photographers.

10. Information you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. By submitting a form, you agree that we can contact you about your request by email, phone or text, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or clicking unsubscribe.

11. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the Website will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PPC Pros Canada and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia, unless the law of your province requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
